They couldn’t have done more for me - so kind and caring
I felt like I wasn't rushed and gave me lots of help and advise .
I was taken to A&E by ambulance having had severe chest pains and passing out. Throughout my time in the department I was treated with dignity, kindness and extreme professionalism even though the department was incredibly busy. I have nothing but praise for all the staff and for the doctor (James) who was responsible for my treatment. He kept me informed at every stage of the investigation into my problem. I was very impressed.
Attended as emergency post day surgery patient - at ESAC at DRI - received prompt compassionate care in a situation that was difficult for me at that time. I was kept fully informed around all aspects of my care and left the unit with a clear management plan
The consultant and attending assistant were really nice and made me feel comfortable
